Academic background: A successfully completed study in the field of Business Administration (BWL), Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable research Relevant leadership experience: You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable, full-scale management function (e.g. production management, branch management, factory management, production management, business unit management or comparable); Your proven experience in managing and motivating large teams of professional employees and your budgetary responsibility in an operational environment is crucial.
