Nurse - geriatric care / nursing (m/f/d)

You take over the professional basic and treatment care of our residents:inside and on the basis of your observations, you start individual care planning. As a central trustee, you are in close contact with residents: their relatives and doctors: inside and your team. You actively shape everyday life and promote the quality of life and self-determination of the people entrusted to you. Carefully and conscientiously take over the digital care documentation and thus ensure the high quality of our care.

You have a completed training as a nurse (m/w/d). Your passion is nursing and you want to ensure more than just basic care for your patient. You work independently and you are empathic in dealing with the needy and their relatives. You speak fluently German (C1 level) to ensure smooth communication in the team and with the patient.
