You accompany adult people with mental illness in the everyday life of a therapeutic community You support the daily structure, budget management and everyday tasks such as common food preparation You build reliable working relationships and communicate clearly and structuredly with the clientele You accompany dates and support the organization and coordination of everyday and specialist appointments You can participate in group offers (e.g. common breakfast or cooking) and support group dynamics You take documentation tasks and work on help processes You work closely with relatives, references and the team

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have strong interest in working with adult people with mental illness You communicate clearly, structured and professional You work independently, responsibly and team-oriented You bring empathy and a reflected attitude in dealing with the client A driving licence is desirable, in particular for accompanying dates A residence in Kaufbeuren or environs (e.g. Landsberg, Germering) is advantageous Career prospects: In the event of a successful final examination, there is the possibility of a takeover into a permanent job.
