As a competent contact person for demanding systems in the field of confocal and high resolution microscopy, you support sales and customers in application-technical questions.

They develop specific problem solutions and provide necessary information on diverse issues

You pass on your expertise in product and application training to our international customers and ZEISS application specialists. You can create the training materials you need either yourself or renew existing training material.

In your role as a friendly contact person for diverse topics, the success of your work lies in a very good cooperation with the adjacent departments and the national and international colleagues

They have a degree in science, ideally with doctoral studies, or a comparable qualification

Their multiannual professional experience as well as their pronounced user experiences with complex microscope systems and techniques in research and teaching complete your profile, and are advantageous to know FCS and/or high resolution techniques.

They have an open, communicative nature and the talent to explain complex facts and to be able to present them safely in very good German or English.

With your sovereign and reliable way, you will be confident in our customers, ZEISS colleagues or partners, for example, as part of on-site training.
