Responsible management and coordination of technical customer projects in the field of HMI, embedded systems and battery solutions Control of projects from the request to the design and selection of suitable components up to the conversion and series maturity Coordination of internal and external project participants and international suppliers and technology partners Central interface between customers, sales, product management, development, purchasing and manufacturers Recording, structuring and evaluating technical customer requirements Developing and coordinating appropriate technical solutions together with our customers and partners Selection and coordination of suitable technologies, components and system solutions Accompanying customer-specific HMI and Embedded solutions and battery and energy storage projects Planning and monitoring of project dates, miles, resources and costs Coordination of pattern structures, prototypes, tests and releases Monitoring of quality, technical requirements and delivery Detection and management of project risks and introduction of appropriate countermeasures Regular communication of project status against customers and internal stakeholders Documentation of project progress, resolutions and technical requirements Support for sales in technically demanding customer requests and projects Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and technology partners Monitoring of new technologies and market trends and transfer of these developments to future customer projects You don't have to be an expert on each of these topics. It is crucial that you understand technical approaches, ask the right questions and advance complex projects in a structured manner.

Complete technical studies, e.g. electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical project management, ideally in the electronics, automotive, industrial or technology environment Experience in managing customer or development projects Technical understanding of electronic components and systems Ideally first contact points with HMI, Embedded Systems, Displays, Batteries or Energy Storage Safe handling of MS Office and ideally understanding ERP or ERP Project management systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing What makes you You will also keep an overview when a project has to bring together many participants, technical dependencies and different requirements. You are pleased to translate technical challenges into discrete solutions, coordinate different interests and ensure that a successful product is created from a customer requirement. You are also a technical expert, organizer, communicator and problem solver. You like to work at the interface between customer and technology and have fun working on new topics. Whether HMI, embedded systems or other battery systems, you will be able to develop individual solutions together with customers and technology partners.
