Complete study or training in the IT or business sector as well as several years of experience as project manager/manager, ideally in an IT system house, a digital agency or a comparable technical environment Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure topics (e.g. virtualization, networking, firewalling, data center operation) as well as software development projects (e.g. CMS/Framework-based web development, individual software, workflow automation) in order to arrange technical relationships, risks and solution options and to be able to communicate them in a comprehensible manner to customers Passion for Open Source and associated development processes Experience in the application of common project management methods (classical and/or agile) as well as in the handling of appropriate project management and ticketing tools Excellent customer and sales understanding as well as experience in the self-responsible support of demanding B2B customers Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with a view to opportunities in the customer environment Sovereign and binding appearance as well as clear communication at eye level with customers and colleagues Organisational strength, negotiation skills and a secure sense of priorities also for several parallel projects Excellent knowledge of the German language English in Word and Scripture
