At the start of training Summer 2026 we are looking for motivated trainees Plastic and rubber technologists – semi-finished products (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). As a plastic and rubber technology/technologist, you plan and monitor the production of plastic semi-finished products. You select the appropriate materials, make mixtures and make sure that the production runs smoothly and the quality is correct.

You plan the production of plastic semi-finished products according to customer requirements and technical specifications. You produce mixtures, select suitable materials and apply special processing methods. You set up production plants, connect control systems and monitor production.

You bring good grades into mathematics, physics, chemistry and technology. You work carefully, reliably and accurately. You have craftsmanship and technical understanding. You are team-oriented and ready to learn.
