As part of the growth strategy, the multi-storey housing division will be redeveloped in sustainable timber construction. As a general contractor, this area offers turnkey solutions from a single source reliably, efficiently and economically.

In this newly created position, you not only take over the strategic project purchase of planning and construction services, but also significantly shape the construction of the site and the introduction of a new procurement software. In doing so, you will introduce your experience and know-how to rethink and establish processes sustainably.

Technical training e.g. technicians (m/w/d) or studies in the field of construction, BWL, industrial engineering and the like. At least 5 years of relevant shopping and project experience in the construction/project business, of which three years with budgetary responsibility and technical understanding of the evaluation of services Affinity for building buildings and good knowledge in tendering and awarding Experience in handling tendering tools knowledge in tenders with mass determination, optionally with BIM model orientation Impressed negotiating and communication strength Safe occurrence in contract and award negotiations readiness for occasional travel
