Manager (m/w/d) Gummersbach These challenges will be supported by the Head of Product Management COMPETENCE both in the strategic and operational development of Best Cost Country Solutions Development of the budget and other targets in the BCC environment together with the Head of Product Management COMPETENCE Supporting our operational units in customer-specific BCC solution finding through participation in customer appointments, preparation of sales campaigns, transfer of the identified requirements in project solutions and selection of the right BCC supplier Creation of specific, customer-specific, compliance and frame-to-day specifications and performance requests to BCC suppliers as well as collection and evaluation of offers based on them Support in the design of customer-specific BCC projects (with regard to project structure, communication, cooperation, delivery and performance objects, etc.) and the resulting supply creation Monitoring our BCC suppliers through regular assessments as well as through evaluation of supplier reviews and demand-oriented further development of our BCC suppliers Need and strategy-based identification and qualification of new, additional BCC suppliers with a view to competence and competence Country requirements Your advantages with us A dedicated and ambitious team Real team spirit and passion for what we do The possibility to work on a mobile day per week Unlimited employment contract Private usable company car Attractive offices and a workplace with modern hardware and software With us you can take responsibility and develop yourself professionally and personally Exciting and varied projects with innovative companies
