Head of Product Management Construction Products (m/f/d)

You assume the strategic and operational responsibility for the product portfolio in the field of construction equipment (e.g. separation grinders, drills, new segments) with the aim of further developing the existing equipment portfolio, as well as building new battery-powered product categories for users in horticultural and landscape construction and establishing STIHL dealers in the market in close cooperation with marketing, sales, STIHL. This role is crucial for developing new product categories for our professional customers. Takeover of overall responsibility for the implementation and further development of the product strategy in the Construction (Hardscaping) segment Proactive design of the Go-To-Market process in close cooperation with marketing, sales and country organisations Further development of the existing product portfolio and expansion of the system offer Building new product categories in close cooperation with development, purchasing and marketing Identification and Priority of Market and Growth Potentials Full responsibility over the entire product life cycle - from conception to market launch to marketing and market support Construction, leadership and further development of a powerful product management team for construction machines

Multiannual experience in the international product management of construction equipment for garden & landscape construction, high/low construction or professional power tools absolutely necessary Complete technical or business studies (e.g. economic engineering, product management or comparable) Detectable successes in customer-centric product development Impressive implementation orientation, high self-initiative and a strong entrepreneurial mindset Multiannual experience in managing and developing employees desirable Strong communicative skills and safe handling of international stakeholders Very good English skills in word and writing
