(m/w/d) Moers | Full time As a craftsman within the technology, you are responsible for the constructional maintenance of the buildings. You eliminate quality-relevant defects and acquire the necessary material. How are you? You serve the objects in a holistic manner – from control of order and security to cleanliness in the buildings. Is it even better? You work in change and investment projects in the field of construction maintenance including Foreign company coordination. It's all right! As a tile investor, our high-quality refurbishment processes are carried out independently.

You have completed training in a technical craftsmanship, e.g. as masons or tiles. You can look back on several years of professional experience in the craftsmanship, especially in the field of tiles. You are an organizational institution with interest in the maintenance of the building substance. You are technology-affin and accustomed (or are not afraid of) to generate work orders on the PC. You have a high level of quality and hygiene awareness. You are team players through and through, with a high level of reliability, commitment and responsibility. You are flexible and bring the willingness to work even on weekends.
