Developing a global pricing agenda: developing and developing global pricing strategies across the entire product life cycle and translating strategic goals into concrete pricing initiatives Developing pricing governance: controlling and developing established pricing governance including price review board, decision logic, guidelines and release processes Top management advises: Direct reporting to the CEO and close cooperation with Commercial Leadership, Regional Heads and Country GMs in strategic pricing and earnings decisions Implementation of growth and yield potentials: identification and evaluation of price, volume and margin potentials and development of sound business cases based on market, competition and business data Leading international pricing initiatives: managing strategic, cross-border pricing projects and supporting our markets in the implementation of global pricing strategies and commercial growth initiatives Developing Pricing digitally: Professional support for SAP Pricing Stream and continuous development of pricing tools, analytics, processes and AI-based applications Pricing team lead and develop: leadership and development of the pricing team as well as the development of pricing expertise, transparency and best practices within the international organisation

Multiannual international pricing experience and sound expertise in the development and implementation of pricing strategies, pricing models and commercial initiatives Experience with pricing governance and the design of clear decision-making, release and escalation processes for strategic pricing decisions Impressed commercial and analytical understanding as well as the ability to translate price, volume and margin effects into resilient action recommendations and business cases Sovereignty in Senior Stakeholder Management and the ability to constructively advise and challenge management, regional managers and other executives the management of complex, international and functional projects; Knowledge of SAP, pricing tools and analytics Entrepreneurial thinking and convincing appearance as well as knowledge of German and English
