Completed vocational training as a tailor in the field of women (Gewand-)master title or comparable qualification Ideally IHK trainer certificate and first experience in training Strong social and educational competence Professional experience, preferably in the theatre environment High sense of responsibility and sensitivity in dealing with young people Motivation and joy in communicating practical and theoretical content Excellent organizational and communicative skills

A monthly theatre service allowance according to § 2 para. 1 TV-Staatstheater-Baden-Württemberg in the amount of 12.6% and a monthly functional allowance for pre-workers*in in accordance with No 8 of the Preliminary Notes to Part III of the Pay Rules (EntgeltO) to the TV-L.
