Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/w/d) is responsible for the technical development, automation and safe operation of our Microsoft-365 platform. You design, implement and optimize solutions in the areas of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender. You define standards, governance guidelines and security concepts for Microsoft 365 and accompany their company-wide implementation. You plan and implement projects to further develop the Digital Workplace and support the introduction of new Microsoft-365 services, security features and copilot solutions. You analyze existing processes and configurations, identify optimization potentials and automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and other cloud-based tools. In cooperation with external service providers and internal departments, you accompany the selection, introduction and development of Microsoft-365 solutions and take over the technical control of corresponding projects.

You have experience in the automation of administrative processes using PowerShell and work analytically, structured, solution-oriented and with a high degree of self-responsibility. You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, reliability and a strong communication capability and are happy to work in exchange with internal departments and external service providers. You have completed university studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience in the field of tasks. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have a well-founded knowledge in the areas of teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID and Intune. You have extensive experience in the planning and implementation of Microsoft-365 projects and in the further development of modern workplace, collaboration and security solutions. You have profound knowledge in the areas of identity & access management, conditional access, Microsoft Defender, compliance and governance.
