A successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual Professional Experience as Assistant (m/w/d), ideally in the Study Secretariat of a University Safe handling in MS Office High level of independent work organisation, organisational skills and communication strength Great care and accuracy in the creation and processing of documents

Flexibility Distribution of the weekly working time of 38.5 hours individually between 6 and 22 hours. Mobile or office.
