At home we are in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. You will work in a comfortable house where 83 residents live in full-time care, 4 guests live in short-term care. In addition, 8 apartments are attached to the senior residence.

The Holy Three Kings belongs to the Seniorenhaus GmbH of the Cellitinnen to St. Mary with more than 2500 employees who work at 24 locations in the regions of Rheinland & Niederrhein, Düren & Eifel, Bad Honnef & Trier, get involved.

Tasks

• They as an important reference person plan, answer and support the care process professionally and support the residents in their daily structure
• They carry out basic and treatment care after the moeutic care and care model
• You are responsible for independent and professional care documentation and action planning
• They communicate with residents, their relatives, doctors and supervisors

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a nurse, examinated nursing staff, health and nursing staff or a comparable qualification
• They are an open minded personality with residents
• They radiate a competent and friendly approach to residents as well as relatives in stressful situations
• They convince by independent work, self-initiative and reliability as well as strong communication and team skills
