Your role with us: Become part of a team that is characterised by cohesion and trust. As an individual customer advisor (m/w/d), you are the first person to contact our customers and with your expertise, you will always support them with the aim of finding tailor-made solutions that meet their individual needs.

Your future tasks: Leading customer needs analyses and holistic consultations

Developing individual financial solutions, in particular in the areas of insurance, credit, investment and pension provision

Expansion of existing customer connections and acquisition of new customers and fellow designers

Recognizing customer needs and cross-selling approaches

Transfer of customers in case of consulting requirements to the respective specialists

Your profile: Completed training to/from the bank businessman/wife

Multiannual professional experience in advising individual customers as well as providing further development (e.g. to the banker (m/w/d) or the like)

Good knowledge of retail business with a focus on investment

Joy in active customer contact and individual, holistic customer advice
