Get to know our diverse business areas and actively participate in exciting and demanding projects from the outset. In detail, the program looks like this: An individual practice and development program awaits you for 15 months Through the deployments in various directories and tasks, you gain an exciting insight into the range of activities of an innovative construction company You work in a three-month operation on a construction site abroad After successful completion of the trainee period, we take you to our team in general planning

Complete studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or similar fields Ideally first professional experience from internships and/or student work Joy in organizing and controlling planning processes Communication competence and the ability to cross-disciplinary teamwork Enthusiasm for BIM Methodology and LEAN Processes in Planning Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
