Your tasks: ✓ They are responsible for the organisation of workflows, personnel needs planning and selection ✓ They are in direct contact with our clients and thereby ensure customer satisfaction ✓ They perform quality controls and ensure the quality of cleaning performance ✓ You are responsible for the design and creation of work plans ✓ They train and instruct staff in working methodology and occupational safety, including safety monitoring ✓ You are responsible for the material supply

Your profile: ✓ Experience in employee management/leading experience ✓ Good ways of dealing and speech ✓ Good team and communication skills ✓ You are used to independent work ✓ You work structured, customer and service oriented ✓ Experience in leading position in building cleaning/hotel/house management (of advantage, but not basic requirement)

Working time ✓ Full time 40 hours per week / Monday to Friday
