Specialist in Network Usage Billing and Receivables Management (m/f/d)

Network usage accounting & billing constructs: You build independent billing constructs and execute network usage accounting in time and quality assurance. Claim management & payment monitoring: You keep in mind payment inputs and consistently implements payment defaults until judicial dunning. Complaint & Clearing: complaints, clarifications as well as required cancellation and recalculations you process structured and solution-oriented. System & master data management: You care and structure master data in our computer systems (including SAP IS-U), monitor the processes and initiate optimizations if necessary. Market Communication & Reporting: The compliance with statutory deadlines (including GPKE, GeLi Gas) is ensured, communicated with customers, suppliers and internal departments, and the initial evaluations for internal and external reporting. Projects & Special Tasks: If necessary, you will bring your expertise into projects and special tasks.

Your skills: In dealing with IT systems, you are experienced – especially with SAP IS-U, SAP BW as well as common database and MS office applications. Your qualification: A successfully completed commercial training forms the basis of your profile. Your experience: Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in the network industry and know the relevant processes from practice.
