With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. It has existed since 1920, extends from the Dutch to the Polish border and includes Bremen, Lower Saxony, a part of East Westfalen-Lippe, Saxony-Anhalt, Berlin and Brandenburg. From your analyses, you can derive central insights and formulate clear core statements that sharpen the focus. For internal stakeholders, prepare results in structured presentations and customize content to target group-oriented. Based on your evaluations, you will develop concrete recommendations for action that support the field of goods and sales in operational and strategic decisions.

A pronounced analytical strength allows you to penetrate complex data and derive precise recommendations for action. With curiosity and wide-sightedness, you can look at themes holistic and identify relationships that go beyond the immediate context. Thanks to your high abstract thinking ability, you identify trends, patterns and strategic implications quickly and safely. The trainee program begins on 01.04.2026. Within 18 months you will start your promising future and get to know the food retail and one of our specialist areas. You will complete most of your trainee program in the field and the adjacent interfaces. Your trainee program is accompanied by training measures, development talks and a cross-sector trainee project.
