Proactive support of a defined employee area both in an operational and administrative perspective Accompanying strategic change processes, organisational development measures and reorganisations Control of the entire recruiting process and development of sustainable personnel recovery strategies Advice and support of executives in HR topics and in the interface to personnel development Control and further development of personnel management to optimize operational efficiency Creation of reporting, analysis of HR metrics and derivation of appropriate measures Support for projects in particular to optimize HR topics & processes (e.g. Employer Branding) Cooperation with the Works Council

Successfully completed business studies preferably with the focus on HR or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in a comparable HR role Good knowledge of labour law Experience in change and transformation management A pronounced hand-on mentality Self-responsible and structured work, high social competence and a high degree of empathy Analytical and conceptual skills Communication strength, team capacity and flexibility Good knowledge of English & good knowledge of German in word and writing
