Your duties

• Responsibility of the complete construction management of our renovation projects in housing construction
• Control of structures
• Quality assurance and preparation and compliance of schedules
• Responsibility for construction processes in terms of dates, costs and quality
• Dimensions and material order

Your profile

• a degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture or training/training to master / technician (m/w/d) or a similar qualification
• at least two years of professional experience desirable
• Ability to holistic and economic planning and their implementation
• Enforcement and decision-making
• Joy in a responsible and versatile task
