Process Professional – HR Processes & Systems (m/f/d)

You analyze HR processes, optimize them and establish consistent standards across the Group as well as best practice approaches Developing and designing digitalization and AI projects for HR processes is your responsibility You create decision-making bases, presentations and project documents, prepare them address-oriented and take voting with relevant stakeholders You advise HR areas when using modern applications and actively promote the development of digital HR solutions You will actively participate in the further development of the HR-IT strategy and in release and change processes and ensure compliance with data protection and compliance requirements

You have completed their studies, e.g. in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics or Economic Engineering Experiences in a management consultancy related to HR, organizational or transformation topics are advantageous You have gathered several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment Finding knowledge of HR processes and their digital imaging and project management In cooperation with various interfaces and partners, you will work safely and competently A sovereign communication, a pronounced self-initiative as well as a high degree of willingness to design and persuasiveness are among your strengths Very good German and good English skills and a high affinity for digital solutions complete your profile
