At Konica Minolta, at the end of your dual study of economic psychology, you also gained a lot of practical work experience in addition to an internationally recognized Bachelor degree (B.Sc.). You bring a general university maturity or a professional university qualification – ideally with good grades in German, mathematics and business. You are interested in topics related to human resources management, human resources development and economic relationships – and you want to actively shape them during your studies. You are delighted to accompany people in their development and find out how companies shape cooperation. Curiosity for business, organization and the modern working world you bring. You work structured and carefully, even if several topics are at the same time. Organizational talent and desire for project work belong to your strengths – you like to introduce your own ideas. First experiences in the commercial or HR sector are a plus. Flexibility, readiness and genuine interest in personnel development and future topics round off your profile. The safe handling of MS 365 is obvious to you and you bring openness to HR IT systems and AI applications. Good English skills complete your profile and help you to master international topics as well. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. We also encourage people with severe disabilities to apply to the advertised place.

Strong partner: At the FOM College, you will earn your Bachelor of Science in 7 semesters – either at one of the nationwide FOM sites or very flexible in the Digital Live Study, which offers different time models and adapts to your everyday life. Compensation & Study Support: You will receive an attractive remuneration and we will fully pay your tuition fees so you can focus on study and practice without worry.
