Offer creation and concept creation Development and costing of offers Creation and testing of concepts for feasibility in cooperation with the operational units Ensure quick response times on offer requests Support for sales and price negotiations in coordination with Key Account Managers Call and sales support Processing and coordination of tenders Costing preparation and delivery creation Strategic planning of tailor-made content Active customer support in inside sales and maintenance of CRM data Support of the external service with relevant documents and analyses Sales optimization and process control Preparation of presentations and reports for sales talks Participation in the optimization of the “lead to order” process Analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs for target control Ensuring optimal use of the CRM system Creation and management of sales campaigns in cooperation with Key Account Management Communication and team work Promoting internal and external communication Close exchange with key account management and production departments for optimal project implementation

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics Found experience in the distribution of forwarding and logistics, ideally also in chemical logistics Experience in the creation of transport calculations is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills English knowledge of B2 level in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
