Key User Sales (m/w/d) Neukirchen-Vluyn (hybrid) | parttime (25–30 hours/week) | unlimited You work with the design, development and harmonisation of processes in close cooperation with the Process Owners and the subsidiaries You are responsible for the analysis, documentation and reporting of existing processes for identifying optimization potentials You develop and test innovative solutions for process optimization by using new functions and AI technologies You are responsible for the planning and implementation of system tests as well as the preparation of training documents, presentations and trainings You function as an interface between Process Ownern and Key Usern as part of Second-Level Support

You have completed vocational training and several years of professional experience, ideally in an international company You have very good English skills in word and writing (further foreign language knowledge of advantage) You have good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Infor LN) and the common MS Office applications You have the ability to think analytically and a good number understanding Their work is independent and structured You have a high level of readiness and an interdisciplinary way of thinking
