YouTube Growth Manager (m/f/d)

As a YouTube Channel Manager (m/w/d), it is your main task to build and optimize our YouTube channel and to gain new subscribers.

Your main tasks include: You develop a channel strategy for traffic, engagement, follower growth and conversions on YouTube (Shorts + Long Form).

You create and implement a content plan, prioritize processes and current content for the various social channels.

You create briefings and edits as well as uploading new episodes.

You permanently manage the community.

You continuously follow the KPIs to maximize results.

You work with the marketing team to support sales and lead efforts and to measure the impact of content throughout the marketing process.

You’re watching trends in social media, adaptations of algorithms and current developments in the digital landscape.

You share your knowledge and best practices to ensure continuous business improvement and compliance with brand/product policies.

Focus on growth: You can grow our YouTube main and short channel with preference.

Certainty: Postings on current and relevant topics are obvious to you.

Professional experience: You have more than 3–5 years of detectable experience in supporting a channel with more than 100,000 followers/subscribers.

Excellent communicator: You have demonstrable experience in community management.

Cutting experience: You have demonstrable experience in video and audio editing as well as in post production.

KPI focusing: You work and you are driven by optimic numbers. Ready-to-use: You are above average motivated and efficient to keep the market leader in advanced training financing.

Openness and flexibility: You are ready to learn and grow as well as to deal with short deadlines and short-term changes (Don't worry, you don't!)

Language skills: You speak and write fluent German (optimal: German = native language or similar language level) and can ideally read and write English fluently (required for English-speaking funnel)
