Your tasks

Technical contact for support requests from our partners around our WinGuard platform Analysis and solution of complex technical problems together with international partners and integrators Processing, structuring and prioritization of support tickets Troubleshooting of system, network and integration problems in remote sessions (e.g. via TeamViewer) Analysis of protocols, networks and system configurations Documentation of solutions and best practices for knowledge sharing Cooperation with international partners and internal teams

Training or studies in IT (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or comparable practical experience Very good knowledge of Microsoft systems, network technology and databases Ideally experience with protocols, scripting, certificates, virtualization and IT security mechanisms First experience in technical customer support and handling remote tools Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods Very good German knowledge (C1 level) and good English knowledge (B2 level) Willingness to work predominantly on site in our office in Langen (mobile work by arrangement)
