Number: MER00042L6 The internship is carried out in the personnel division of Mercedes‐Benz Group AG for the areas G&A. The role covers labour law and labour policy issues. The topics are worked together in the team in close cooperation with strategic HR-Business partners and HR-Consultants. In addition, the internship includes an insight into the role of the Board of Management and Negotiating Partner*, together with the participation in bodies, projects and initiatives. In addition, the role is an interface to global functional HR teams and strategic HR areas. These challenges include: You support the team in the design of a uniform, practical framework for labour policy issues (e.g. co-determination, BV, TV) You support the design and implementation of personal policy projects in coordination with local HR units and central staff areas You are a member of the local HR team and relevant interfaces in consultation on labour law and labour policy issues. You support the meetings and negotiation partners of the Works Council, including: preparation and follow-up of negotiations Formulation of business agreements Control of BR-Gremien

You support the team in a trusted exchange with BR-Gremien and specialist committees You help in designing and implementing training on labour policy issues You support the introduction of digital tools for more efficient working policy issues Topic BR Management Processes, BR Exchange Platform and Knowledge Management The activity can begin from September 2026.

Degree in economic, social or legal sciences or comparable training Professional experience in labour law and labour policy issues Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office High communication skills, ability to make complex topics understandable Negotiation and conflict resolution competence, safe occurrence Discretion and loyalty Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
