You are responsible for the professional and objective determination of traffic values for different types of real estate (unbuilt properties, commercial and logistics buildings) You create traffic value reports according to legal and internal requirements You carry object visits and data collections through You undertake the search and analysis of market data, real estate/primary items and legal circumstances In order to carry out the activity, a company car is provided, which can also be used privately.

You have completed training in real estate or comparable commercial training with practical experience in real estate management or equivalent qualifications acquired through professional experience and training You are ideally certified as a real estate expert (for example by IHK, TÜV, DEKRA) You know the relevant legal regulations and standards and have several years of practical experience in evaluating different types of properties You are inspired by analytical skills, a structured way of working and your distinct communication skills
