Your tasks:

• advice and support for executives in their leading role in labour law issues and in organisational changes
• Control of strategic HR topics and processes into the Departments
• Efficient support of the business by HR measures (development plan, salary review, recruitment plan, Staff occupation etc.)
• implementation of individual career advice and Potential development support in the selection of Personnel development
• Implementation of a strategic follow-up plan in cooperation with the guide force
• Cooperation in qualitative and quantitative resource planning in cooperation with the executives and Area controlling
• Determination of the remuneration and agreement of the performance of remuneration with executives

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, psychology, Legal/economic sciences or comparable Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of wage and salary accounting
• Good knowledge about SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace and Workday
• German and English skills
