Operational and strategic SAP user and authorization management in complex system landscapes Development, maintenance and optimization of role and authorization concepts incl. Organisational management Implementation of mass changes and administration of authorization objects, profiles and reference users Cooperation with security, audit and compliance teams to comply with security policies Participation in Identity Management (IDM) and integration of interfaces to non-SAP systems Analysis of security-relevant requirements, troubleshooting and support for SAP updates and Go-Lives

Multiannual Experience in SAP Legacy (FI/CO, MM, SD, CS, EAM, S/4HANA) Funded know-how in PFCG, SU10, roll construction, mass dissipation and user administration Knowledge of IDM solutions (SAP IDM, EntraID) and deep understanding of security standards, SoD conflicts and compliance (ISO 27001, IKS) Analytical thinking, structured working and high sensitivity for security issues Communication strength, team orientation as well as German (C1) - and English skills in word and writing Resilience and ability to work in agile teams structured and solution-oriented
