Working environment In the field of development and testing of external components, we are responsible for the development, securing and optimisation of components that decisively shape the design of future Mercedes-Benz vehicles. These include bumpers, radiator linings, spoilers and longitudinal support linings. For this challenging and exciting task we are looking for you as an intern in the field of Signature Core SUV, Derivatives, Spoiler module and Light Integration. These challenges include: Participation in the design and commissioning of rapid prototyping parts for concept testing and in the construction and modernization of test vehicles Organisation of functional checks on vehicles or prototype and series parts (e.g. heat simulations) Assessment and documentation of the test results Support in carrying out component tests with subsequent component evaluation Working with Siemens NX to create connection and component concepts Implementation of benchmarks Taking responsibility for subprojects
