Your tasks: • Help with internal processes in our service branch • Consumption and forwarding of customer calls • Processing of incoming mail and deliveries • Search for spare parts and edit corresponding requests • Assistance in organizing appointments for customer service • Administration and archiving of service documents • Collection of data in IT systems (SAP and Sales Force)

Your qualifications: • Complete training in commercial or technical fields with proven success • Strong service orientation and team competence • Structured and reliable work behaviour • Ability to act in a solution-oriented and independent manner • Solid knowledge in MS-Office • Advantage: Experience with SAP • Basic knowledge in English is desirable
