In this role, you take the operational responsibility for our Loga Consulting team and make a significant contribution to how complex HR projects are implemented with our customers. Team leadership: You run a team of Loga-Consultants professionally and disciplinary and stay close to the operational project business. Employee development: You actively promote the professional and personal development of your employees through coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing. Project quality: Your own project work (introductions, optimizations and migrations of LOGA modules) ensures that quality, practicality and customer orientation are lived in everyday life. Resource Management: You plan and control project resources, budgets and timetables realistically with clear results focus together with the project management. Technical control: The technical control of complex issues relating to payroll, time management and HR processes is your responsibility. System stability: A stable operation of the LOGA installation and the targeted use of the LOGA modules are ensured by you. Process optimization: You actively promote the further development of consulting standards, processes and quality guidelines with your team.

A solid technical foundation forms the basis – whether through studies, training or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in loga consultation gives you the necessary security in the project business. Funded knowledge of pay billing, payroll processes and LOGA modules are available. You have at least three years of leadership experience in the management of distributed teams and are happy to work with yourself in the project business. You understand leadership as a combination of professional strength, clarity in decisions, empathy and responsibility for people. A structured way of working and clear communication distinguish you.
