(m|w|d) Job ID 76533 | Location Crailsheim Your duties You work on a horizontal and cyclically controlled lathe with a Siemens 810D controller from MAG Böhringer, DUS series for the production of shafts and shaft-like parts (e.g. pinion shafts) and flange components (bearings, wheels) of 5 to 3.150 kg with a diameter of 50 to 820 mm. These include the processing of orders by default from completed work documents (signments, work plans, etc.) and the coordination of directly pending and processed orders. You prepare tools, select clamping means, insert measuring devices and maintain tool and process data. Also read tool data and editing programs and determine reference points as well as cutting conditions. You can check tool positions and dimensions and optimize them if necessary. The separate material transport is carried out with conventional industrial trucks and is also part of the task area. You independently program the processing sequence on the machine. Your profile You have completed training in a metal profession; e.g. a lathe, machining mechanic, toolmaker or a comparable field. In the mentioned environment you have experience in turning on cyclically controlled or CNC lathes. You know German in word and writing. The willingness to work in the 3-layer rhythm (on individual or several machines) will also bring you. Ideally, you have a crane license (no condition).
