Your tasks: Core tasks: Entering working hours, holidays and illness in Excel Assign work hours to STREIT projects Check die times Improve Excel capture and prepare for later system integration Create and send test logs to customers Future tasks: Telephone service, project installation and production documents Create shipping documents and maintain data in STREIT Recalculate completed projects Book hotels and charge travel expenses Process font traffic and digitize documents Modernize forms and document templates

Commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in commercial processing or time recording Very good MS Office knowledge, STREIT knowledge of advantage German in Word and Writing Careful, reliable and structured Analytical and solution-oriented Friendly and service-oriented
