As (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Finance Transformation, you conduct complex finance transformation projects. You act as a trusted representative for the CFO and the customer project managers: within the framework of the transformation. You bring your experience in optimizing process and organization structures in the administrative business areas such as accounting, controlling and/or HR. You are working on the further development of the Digital Finance business unit with the acquisition of new clients: women, the further development of existing customers and the development of the team. You will also work on empirical studies, publication of specialist articles and presentations in specialist circles.

For this position, you will bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a consulting company as well as experience in project management and employee management. You have experience in the acquisition and management of Finance Transformation projects at corporate and middle level customers. You have a deep and broad understanding of financial processes, organization and technology as well as current digitalization trends in finance, e.g. RPA, S/4 etc. Your English skills are very good in word and writing. In order to be able to advise our customers on the spot, you will bring travel readiness. Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive being paired with sound professional knowledge in the relevant topics round off your qualifications.
