Our Global Mobility Technology & Transformation team works at the interface of HR, Tax and Finance. We develop solutions that rethink international tax compliance, payroll, immigration and social security through modern AI and automation technologies. As part of our AI and transformation team, you actively shape the future orientation of global mobility services: Development and development of AI-based agents and automation solutions to improve global HR, tax and mobility processes Low-code and no-code development (e.g. workflow automation, chat/task agents) and implementation of prototypical AI-Use Cases Analysis of technical requirements and translation into scalable AI and automation workflows, including testing and continuous development Creating reusable components, guidelines and templates to support teams when using AI technologies Close cooperation with business and technology teams to implement modern, data-driven solutions for international tax and HR positions

Your skill set

Higher education in (economic) informatics, BWL, economics, data science, etc. with affinity for complex business and process landscapes. You can implement technical requirements from HR, Tax or Global Mobility in technical solutions based on practical experience Experience with modern AI and automation technologies to optimize business processes (e.g. LLMs, Workflow Automation, Low/No Code Platforms, Data Pipelines). You evaluierst and use new tools quickly and have ideally developed and scaled your own AI Use Cases Very good communication skills in German (C2) and English (min. C1)
