Installation, operation and maintenance of a modern offset printing machine You will learn to set up, adjust and maintain the offset printing machine correctly to ensure a smooth production process. Control and monitoring of the printing process for optimal print quality During the printing process, you monitor the quality of the print results and, if necessary, make adjustments to color application, fit accuracy and material guidance. Selection and testing of printing inks, papers and materials You get to know the different materials and colours and make sure they meet the technical requirements and quality standards. Voting with the prepress and further processing You work closely with colleagues from the pre-press stage to prepare print data optimally for the production process, and ensure smooth further processing. Quality control and optimization of print results You carry out regular quality checks, analyze error sources and optimize the pressure parameters for a perfect end product. Working with innovative and sustainable printing technologies You get to know environmentally friendly printing processes and use modern technologies to produce resource-friendly.
