Team Leader Process Optimization & Reporting – also part-time at least 80% (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Group Processes and Control in the Control and Business Field Development department. You guide your team in a targeted and result-oriented manner and actively promote its development, qualification and performance. Together with your team, you will advise our operational departments in identifying and implementing process optimizations (e.g. using Process Mining and Six Sigma). With sound data analysis and reports, you and your team support management in decision-making and operational management. As an estimated respondent (m/w/d) for executives, you accompany the further development of the area and department.

Complete university studies (e.g. economics, business informatics, economic engineering) or a comparable qualification. Representative team and leadership skills: You can align different people and talents on common goals. Insufficient experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership. Practical experience in project management (ideally incl. certification) of advantage. Very good communication and presentation skills. Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking.
