Your tasks:

• independent troubleshooting and troubleshooting directly with the customer on site
• Implementation of maintenance, repairs and retrofit measures as part of our after-sales service
• commissioning and functional testing of medium-voltage systems incl. Secondary technology
• Execution of protective tests and commissioning of remote control components
• creation of technical services in close coordination with sales
• Training and assignment of customers and partner companies in our systems

Your qualifications:

• Complete training in the field of energy technology, electrical energy supply or as an electrical installer
• First professional experience in technical service, ideally with SF6-insulated MS systems
• Safe handling of electrical systems and ideally knowledge of protective and remote control
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP or Salesforce
• Class B licence and readiness to travel
• Basic knowledge of English
