Collection, management and coordination of open positions of debitors and creditors Monitoring of payment inputs and outputs and clarification of differences Banking and cash management Professional assignment and accounting of business incidents to the corresponding accounts incl. Voting, delimitation bookings etc. Examination of incoming invoices for the correctness of content and formality, compliance with legal regulations and alignment with orders and deliveries Monitoring of open receivables, compilation and dispatch of reminders and communication with customers to clarify payment residues Creating sales tax forecasts Participation in the creation of statistics and controlling evaluations Preparatory work for monthly and annual accounts

Completed tax or commercial training, ideally with further training to the account holder Professional experience in financial accounting desirable, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company Very good MS Office and DATEV knowledge Ideally good English skills in word and writing Self-employed and conscientious working Sympathetic, open and loyal personality Good understanding of figures Private initiative and willingness to further develop
