Senior Expert Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

You actively shape the future of our supply chain processes: You drive the integration, standardization, automation and digitization of our systems – closely coordinated with the E.DIS managers along the end-to-end processes (e.g. build networks, managed assets) and the E.ON-wide key-user network of the E.ON Group. You are responsible for the E.DIS Group’s supply chain system landscape and support system users, product owners and process managers with your know-how. You ensure the successful transfer to the new system landscape and take responsible roles in the initiatives of our Digital Roadmap. To support the area manager as a process manager, you have a look at the performance of purchasing and logistics: you are investigating and analysing KPIs, conducting measures, tracks the implementation and continuously developing our supply chain. You actively promote topics such as AI, automation and digitalization, connect new technologies with existing systems and accompany change processes and innovations in the company. You ensure compliance with governance, policies and compliance requirements in the supply chain environment. You are responsible for the material cost and RTD reporting of the area and for transparency. As Data Owner/Data Steward you ensure high data quality and continuously develop the data base in supply chain management.

You have a successfully completed study of business management or a comparable qualification. You bring profound experience in the implementation and control of IT projects – ideally in the supply chain environment. You have already accompanied transformations and have experience in change management. First leadership experience is of advantage. You can communicate safely in German and English and work in international and virtual teams. Business trips in Germany and abroad are not a problem for you. You convince by the willingness to perform, target orientation and the need to achieve measurable results. Your communication strength is yours: You can clearly argue, go through and go empathically on others at the same time. You have a good sense of digital trends and technologies and bring a strong understanding of modern processes. You have knowledge of purchasing and logistics processes along the supply chain. Ideally, you have experience with systems such as SAP (especially S/4HANA), EAM, Celonis or comparable tools.
