To help shape the digital transformation in the healthcare market in the interest of pharmacies and other local healthcare providers, we are involved in new business ideas and start-ups in the healthcare and e-health sector and develop innovative products for the pharmacy market.

For our location in Baierbrunn, we are looking for a Senior Account Holder (w/m/d) in full/part time at the next time.

Support and processing of the bookkeeping of the Wort & Bild Verlag and of subsidiaries within the Wort & Bild Publishing Group Own processing of debitor accounting, creditor accounting and asset accounting incl. Bank accounting Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements by HGB as well as cooperation at the consolidated financial statements incl. Consolidated accounts Review and assessment of legal contracts and implementation of corresponding bookings and accounting Monitoring and control of liquidity and optimization of the short-term liquidity investment Processing travel cost accounting in SAP Concur as well as support in the coordination of intercompany services within the W&B publishing group Creation of notifications to authorities (e.g. sales tax pre-registration, summary declaration, flat-rate pay tax) Communication and coordination with auditors, tax advisors, banks, financial administrations, external accounting and other authorities Support and advice of management in tax and accounting issues

(m/w/d), or comparable qualification (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in financial accounting and completion according to HGB Knowledge of commercial and tax law Safe handling of popular MS Office products Ideally experience in dealing with SAP FI and with digital processes (e.g. travel cost accounting with SAP Concur) WIR are absolute team players and wish to convince us with a lot of team enthusiasm, ''Hands-On-Mentiality'' and a binding and careful way of working!
