Qualification and Training Manager (m/f/d)

In this function you build a structured qualification management for Switzerland and Germany. Using synergies between Sales, Afterssales and the countries, you create the basis for faster integration of new employees, higher quality and productivity, as well as a sustainable and comprehensible development of competence across all areas. Building and establishing an integrated, system-assisted qualification management for Germany and Switzerland Definition of uniform qualifications profiles as well as development of uniform learning paths for managers and cross-comers per function and qualification level Planning, control and coordination of all product and specialist training Ensuring complete documentation, certificates and legal requirements in the system Close coordination with specialist areas such as HR, quality management, work safety and external training partners

Technical training (construction, vehicle technology or comparable) with an understanding of product and safety-relevant training requirements Experience in building training, training or complex processes of advantage Structured and analytical mode of operation with pronounced process and system understanding High organisational strength, service orientation and high self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English as well as other languages of advantage, readiness to travel (about 30%)
