A powerful accounting ensures that financial processes work reliably today and in the future. Start with us as Head of Accounting (m/w/d) and take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our accounting team. Together with your team, you develop processes, strengthen cooperation and create the basis for efficient and future-oriented financial processes.

Your tasks with us

Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a accounting team with the areas of creditor, debitor and main accounting Main Accounting: Responsibility for the proper main accounting including asset accounting, provisions and accompanying monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Process optimization: analysis, standardization and continuous optimization of accounting processes and identification of further digitization potentials Change Management: Accompanying change processes and active communication within the team and with adjacent departments Cooperation: Close coordination with controlling, management and internal and external contacts Quality assurance: Ensuring a timely, high-quality and legally compliant accounting Projects: cooperation on cross-disciplinary projects and support in the further development of our system and process landscape

Qualification: Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on accounting or a comparable commercial qualification with corresponding further training (e.g. balance sheet accounting) Leadership experience: Multiannual experience in managing a accounting team Expertise: Practical knowledge of the main accounting, in particular in the fields of asset accounting, depreciation, provisions and monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Process competence: Experience in the optimization of processes and a high digital affinity and joy in actively shaping changes Personality: Structured working, communication strength and a motivating leadership style with focus on people behind the employees Experience: Ideally knowledge from a manufacturing company; Experience with ERP migrations and Dynamics 365 Business Central Language: Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge
