At one of Europe's leading energy suppliers, you have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the processes and IT systems around the billing of modern measuring devices and smart meters.

You support the team in the day-to-day business and take on independent work packages, e.g. list editing, using work instructions that you implement on time and independently You actively contribute to the optimization of existing processes You can independently process mailbox queries: from content testing, system-side adjustments to feedback to colleagues or external market partners You support tests in tickets, projects or special topics You have fun to structure and document workflows and process steps With your own initiative and communication strength, you quickly enter the team and actively shape yourself

You can study business management, business informatics or comparable studies You are interested in energy processes and digital measurement systems You have a structured way of working with a high self-initiative and self-employment You are a team player:in You are safe in handling MS Office products, first experiences with SAP IS-U are helpful
