The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. Individual care: You provide our patients with the reference care concept and ensure qualified, individual and psychiatric care. You conduct the care process responsibly and monitor it holisticly. Careful documentation: You document all care measures carried out conscientiously and collect relevant risk scales to ensure safe and transparent care. Therapeutic cooperation: You actively accompany and shape group offers and work in an interdisciplinary manner with other therapeutic professional groups – creative, structured and solution-oriented. Empathic care: You take over the psychosocial care of the patients: both inside and their relatives and are at their side with empathy and professional competence. Active participation: You contribute to the development of new concepts, participate in quality-saving measures and actively contribute to their implementation and evaluation. In addition, you support and support the practical training in the team.

You have completed training as health care and nursing caregiver:in, nurse/career, nurse/career. You work independently and conscientiously and place the patient's needs at the heart of your action. You are characterized by communication strength and empathy in dealing with patients: women, relatives and colleagues. You bring a high level of teamwork, work reliably and responsibly in the interdisciplinary environment. You regularly reflect your own actions and continue to develop professionally and personally.
